Cherokee Stick Machines

Cherokee Stick Machines—also known as extractor cleaners—are designed to remove sticks, stems, burrs, and other large foreign materials from seed cotton during the ginning process. Each machine uses channel saw-covered cylinders paired with strategically spaced cleaning bars to ensure efficient extraction of unwanted debris.

When the incoming cotton is already sufficiently clean, the extractor cylinder can be easily bypassed, providing flexibility without interrupting the process flow. Cherokee Stick Machines are highly versatile and can be stacked in multiple units to meet different levels of cleaning and reclaiming requirements, making them a valuable addition to any gin plant setup.
